My name is Leon Bird-Conliff and above all else I am a storyteller. Born in the quiet suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, my life has always revolved around stories. My father was a writer and my mother was his illustrator. Every night they’d take turns reading me classic stories. From Lord of the Rings to A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court. During the day my brothers and I would take turns making stories for each other. They all continue to inspire me to this day.

As an adult I studied theatre at The Ohio State University and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the film industry. Along the way I fell in love with the girl of my dreams.

Over the last five years I’ve worked with industry giants like Disney, HBO, CW, and Netflix as a post production producer, worked as a freelance editor, written a series of comic books, and written weekly reviews for Fanbase Press.

When I’m not hard at work I like to find inspiration in the works of others. Be that through books, film or video games. And then I fill every remaining moment with a good game of Dungeons & Dragons.

While my day to day experiences may change my goal always remains the same: to tell stories and share a part of myself with the world.
